Deleting your GoPhuot account removes it from all of these sign-in methods. It does not affect your Google or Apple account itself.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open GoPhuot and go to Profiles.
2. Tap Account Setting.
3. Tap the Delete button.
4. Confirm when prompted. Deletion starts immediately after you confirm.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email us and we will delete the account for you.

We verify that you own the account before we delete anything. If we cannot match your request to a registered account, we will reply and ask for more detail rather than delete data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and personal profile
• Saved trips and itineraries
• Expense records
• Documents and photos you uploaded
• Saved places

What we keep, and for how long

• Anonymised analytics data — kept indefinitely Already stripped of any link to your account, so it cannot identify you or be traced back to your deleted profile.

Nothing else is retained. Every piece of data tied to your account is deleted within 30 days.

How long it takes

Deletion is completed within 30 days of us verifying your request. In most cases it finishes much sooner. You will not be able to sign in again once deletion begins, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.
