Introduction
These Business Terms govern the relationship between GoPhuot and the tour business (the "Business") that registers an account on the GoPhuot platform. Accepting these terms is a prerequisite for creating a business workspace.
Scope
These terms cover the Business's use of the workspace, the visibility of the Business's content on GoPhuot's public surface, and the obligations both parties take on for the duration of the account.
Business Obligations
The Business warrants that they hold the necessary licences to sell the tours listed. The Business keeps their contact channels reachable, and answers travellers promptly. Content posted must reflect reality — advertised prices, schedules and inclusions are what will be honoured.
Content Warranties
The Business warrants that all uploaded content is theirs to upload — images, descriptions, prices and itineraries. GoPhuot may remove content that infringes third-party rights on notice.
GoPhuot's Role
GoPhuot provides the platform and does not itself contract with travellers for the delivery of tours. GoPhuot may promote, cache, translate or excerpt the Business's content within the platform and its marketing surface.
Data Processing
Personal data submitted through the workspace is processed for the operation of the account. Traveller messages routed through the platform are stored so disputes can be resolved. Analytics are aggregated and anonymised.
Subscription and Expiry
Access to the business area is granted on an annual subscription. On expiry the account may be marked read-only until renewal. Renewal terms follow the version in force on the renewal date.
Ceased Businesses
A Business that ceases trading may mark the workspace as ceased. Public tour pages then hide from search results and the workspace becomes read-only. The Business's record is retained per the Retention section below.
Retention
Records of accepted terms, invoices and audit trails are retained for a period required by Vietnamese tax and consumer-protection law. Personal data outside that scope is deleted on account closure request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
