The content available through the Service — including but not limited to destination information, travel guides, itinerary suggestions, route recommendations, accommodation listings, dish recommendations, and AI-generated content — is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes:

• Safety advice specific to your individual circumstances

While we strive to keep the information on the Service accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information displayed through the Service.

Travel information — including but not limited to visa requirements, border crossings, transport timetables, opening hours, prices, and local regulations — can change rapidly. The Service includes AI-powered features that generate suggestions, descriptions, itinerary ideas, and other content. This content is produced by automated systems and:

GoPhuot does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated content at your own risk and should always verify it independently before making bookings or travel decisions.

In accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), where our AI systems interact with you in a way that might not otherwise be apparent, we will make this clear. AI-generated content is identified as such within the Service where required by law.

Some content on the Service — including destination guides, tour pages, blog posts, and recommendation features — may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, GoPhuot may receive a commission from the relevant partner at no additional cost to you.

The price you pay is the same whether or not you use an affiliate link. We only recommend products and services we believe may be of genuine value to our users.

In accordance with the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and EU transparency requirements (including the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC and the EU Digital Services Act), we disclose that the Service may use affiliate programmes operated by partners such as:

• Viator.com (tours and experiences)
• Trip.com (accommodation, flights, and travel services)
• 12go.asia (transport and ground travel)
• Other tour, accommodation, and activity partners we may add over time.

The Service may display content, links, or integrate with services provided by third parties, including maps providers, tour operators, accommodation providers, transport operators, and activity providers. GoPhuot:

• Does not endorse, control, or verify the accuracy of third-party content.
• Is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or content of third-party services.
• Is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on or use of third-party content or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

The Service may integrate with mapping services. Map data, route information, and points of interest displayed through the Service:

• Are provided by third-party data providers and may not always reflect current conditions.
• Should not be relied upon as the sole source of navigation information, particularly in remote, mountainous, or unfamiliar locations.
• Do not account for road closures, trail hazards, seasonal restrictions, or other real-time conditions.

Always use official navigation tools and local knowledge, especially for adventure or off-road travel.

The Service may contain links to external websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. GoPhuot has no control over the content of external websites and does not endorse or assume responsibility for them. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of GoPhuot shall not be liable for any:

• Loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on information provided through the Service.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from travel activities.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from the operator’s own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (including the Australian Consumer Law and EU/UK consumer protection laws). We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Content published on the Service — including blog posts, destination guides, travel recommendations, and user comments — may reflect the views and opinions of the authors and do not necessarily represent the position of GoPhuot.

Comments and contributions submitted by users are the sole responsibility of those users. Users take full responsibility for any content they post, including any liability arising from defamatory or otherwise unlawful statements. GoPhuot reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at any time, for any reason.

Where we remove or restrict user-generated content, we will generally notify the user of our decision and the reasons for it, except where doing so would compromise security or legal obligations. Users may contact us at the address in Section 13 to dispute a moderation decision, in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) where applicable.
